How to delete tabs

As of last week several tabs appeared on my workspace.  I need to delete them as they are not used.

Can you explain what you mean the "tabs" on your "workspace"?  Better you can capture some pictures for us to understand it.

With this option in the ribbon it will be able to disable tabs...

Looks like during one of my exploring activities I might of changed some things and all of these tabs appeared and now I have no idea how to undo .  How do I delete the tabs that I do not use. I have attached a snipit of the tabs.

Looks like I must have set something during one of my exploring activities attempting to teach myself about PLM360.

I have attached the tabs , most are not used and would like to understand how I can delete them or where they came from originally. See attached snipit

Are the tabs on Inventor ribbon? Or on your own windows form? The picture can't tell me what you are working on, can you share more info about it? If your tabs is not about Inventor ribbon tabs then we can't help without knowing what you are doing?
