Broken parameter link from server

I created an assembly on my pc with a linked Excel document (for user-friendly parameter editing). All parts are linked as well. After creating it I exported the assembly via PacknGo to a server for more people to use. When I open the assembly it updates according to the 3rd party parameters in the excel document, but when de excel document is edited and saved the link between my model and the parameters is broken. Meaning the parameters turn yellow. I use Autodesk Inventor Professional 2021 (student license). My colleague however can open the model from the same server with Autodesk Inventor Professional 2021 without any trouble, but I doubt it's because of the student license because on my local version everything worked perfectly fine.

When I try to delete the linked document and then add it again the problem still exists.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Hi @tobjasje

How have you made the pack & Go?

Have you done it with all linked files for example?

Can you make a screen-shot of the Pack & Go dialog?

Hi BradeneuropeArthur

For the screenshot of the PacknGo see below. The linked document is copied as well. It's also weird that the first time the model is opened the link is found, but when I edit the linked file and save it, it becomes broken. Plus my colleague has no problems whatsoever (on the same server).

Might the problem be that the path to the projectile can be defined as G:\Engineering\Stages\  but the path to the linked document is \\192.168.1.1\Data\Algemeen\Engineering\Stages\. Both of these paths lead to the same place.
