Running Simulations Through Rules

Is it possible to run a simulation through a rule?

My goal is to change some parameters in the rule then run a stress simulation (then also a dynamic simulation once that starts working) and return results. The only other way I've seen that is kind of close is using parametric tables, but that doesn't really get the job done.

Other details:

The force that is going to be applied is on a loft between 2 sketches. The sketches parameters will change, but I feel like that should not matter because even after I change parameters and return to my analysis the force is still on the same face and the same sketch is still fixed (the study automatically adjusts, I just want to do it through a rule so its not manual).
