Problem with Inventor Apprentice

Just updated Inventor 2018 to 2.1 and now when trying to connect to Inventor using Apprentice I get an error as shown in the attached screenshot. None of the options on this error dialog solve the problem.

This is the same problem as happened with an Inventor 2017 update that effected Vault and was only solved with the next update.

Try to run inventor as admin, once!

A complete uninstall and reinstall fixed the problem!!!
