Placing iLogic Components with iLogic?

I'm trying to use, iLogic.PlaceCompent, (this is the only command I could find that is supposed to place iLogic components), but it gives me the error "PlaceComponent is not a member of iLogic". How do I place iLogic Components with iLogic? or is there a better method with the same results?

Well I don't really have the code anymore as I've moved on to a different method.
