inventor ilogic to get and post data from an excel

hi all,

I am getting stuck when putting this together

my goal is to a build a rule/ button for my existing form:

1,that looks in a excel file on my "c:\" called "data.xls"

2, for it to look from the bottom up ( in column "C")  to the next cell with data in it and then move 1 down (to next empty line)

3, I then want it to take the valve from column "A" ( in that row) and input that as the part number

4, I then want to take the description from the model and input this into column "D" of the same row 

5, save the document
