INV2014: Beading Punchtool Flat Pattern

Hello,

Attached a picture of a beading we would like to use for production of sheet metal. For programming of our machines (Truamatic Punch) we need in the exported DWG a line for the placement which shows the lengt and position. To place a beading with the punch tool we have a solution problems:

- Placing only on a center point. Would be better to draw a line and than the punchtool registrate: angle and length for placing of the beading. this is not so importand but more work for us actual and can generate mistakes. 

- Flat pattern is the biggest problem. Because on the Flat Pattern we see the 3D form of the beading. A changing of "Punch Representation" to "2D Sketch Representation" helps not. 

Maybe somebody have a solution which is working and helps in one of the steps.

when making the Punchtool, did you create/select a sketch, that will be shown if you choose "Sketch representation"..??
