Hi

 I would like to have an ilogic rule to set an iproperty value of a part that is in an idw view. I need to be able to select the view and have the rule run on the part that is referenced by that view. Any help would be appeciated.

Should give you an idea of how it will work:

oView=ThisApplication.CommandManager.Pick(SelectionFilterEnum.kDrawingViewFilter, "Select the view")

oRefDoc = ThisApplication.Documents.ItemByName(oView.ReferencedDocumentDescriptor.FullDocumentName())

oComments = oRefDoc.PropertySets.Item("Inventor Summary Information").Item("Comments").Value
