iLogic to create True/False User Parameter

I am trying to write an iLogic rule that enters a large set of User Parameters that are used in calculations and other iLogic Rules.  I have found how to do numerical, text and multi-value user parameters but I cannot find how to use iLogic to create a true/false user parameter.  Can anyone help me out here?  Thanks.

tried this code , does give a lot of errrors, probably too old for AI 2015 😞
