It is possible to get a ilogic code to read an properties in the assambly  properties that the files that the Ilogic code in runner for is add in to ?

I have a code the runs when I add a part to an assambly for Centent center. What I want it to do is with the help of an properties  in the Assambly to add an new properties on the part file

If I add a file(centen Center Fil) and the Assambly already have a Properties Call Surface Sat to Colour 1 Or Colour 2

I want it to add Surface properties sat at Raw if the Part Surface Properties is Emtry
