Ilogic Bill of Material Item Numbers

Hello, 

I'm currently using I-logic to suppress and unsuppress parts (IPT) in an assembly. Is there anyway in this assembly if I can assign a Bill of material item number and it will stay with that part (IPT) once it is turned back on (unsuppressed) back into the assembly? To get more of an understanding of what I'm doing. This assembly also has I-logic built into the drawing for this assembly. In this drawing, I turn view's on/off as the part gets suppressed and the view isn't needed. Currently the model is assigning a new item number once the part is unsuppressed back into the assembly. Therefore, I have to change the view title. Thanks for your help!

Can you change the view title to reference something other than the BOM item number? A part #, stock # or description perhaps? Might take some change to the code, but these will stay the same.

I've thought of this at one point. I use the item # in the bill of material to call out the view. Thanks though!!
