Help: create a Frame Generator file?

I found a few post about editing Frame Generator file. How do I create one with vb.net?

There is no API for frame generator. There might be some workaround if you decode the xml attributes in the frame assemblies component definition and the submembers, but this is alot of work and prone to errors since we cannot be sure how the frame generator works under the hood.

In an assembly, it is calling FG to create and edit. 

Maybe instead using a FEA 1-d element model and add some 2d and 3d connections.
