Can any one help please?
I decided to try and learn how to customise Inventor.
Reading the threads VB is the way to go.
Can anyone recommend any books, tutorials, sites the will get a newbie started.

Cheers

The Programming help file is a good place to start
I have a few things on my site http://www.kwikmcad.com/icode/documents.asp
Look through the Articles, skill builders and tutorials here
http://mfgcommunity.autodesk.com/learning/articles/ I have a very basic
beginner article there.

Any book on VB or VBA is going to help. The general idea and many of the
directives are the same throughout, no matter if it is VBA in Excel or
Inventor.

With the release of the Express versions of the programming languages
Microsoft has also supplied a lot of training information targeted at new
programmers. Here's a link to the main page. You'll want to look at the
"Windows Development" track.
