FolderBrowserDialog Not Working After Windows 11 Update

Hi all,

I have some rules that use the System.Windows.Forms dll to ask the user to select a folder. However, FolderBrowserDialog our computers upgraded to Windows 11 and the dialog only displays the user's Documents folder. We cannot access any other directory, such as the C:\ drive from the dialog anymore. Was wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue and if so, what they did to resolve this. I've attached some snippets of images of what our users sees vs what we used to see.

Thanks,

Felix

You are using Microsoft system dll, Therefore this is not the best place to find answers for your problem. They need to come from .net experts 😉  I'm not even sure that Inventor is supported on windows 11. (It depends on your Inventor version. have a look at this page)

But when I google your problem I find this page. At the bottom, you will find some tips that might solve your problem.
