I have a LOT of sheet metal parts to update with very similar updates so I thought I'd write a macro to prompt the user (me) through the changes.
What I need to do is change a bunch of flanges from edge extents to offset extents. I've figured out how to change the extent type, and set the offset, but to select the end vertecies I need to hide the flange (I used suppression) so that I can select the vertecies without the existing flange in the way. But what I'd really like to do is show a preview just like what you get when you use the flange dialogue.
Is there an easy way to do this through the API?
