Find specific text in the Comments iProperties of the Summary tab throughout a directory of files.

Does anyone have a way to search through a folder of ipt files that contain certain text in the comments of the Summary tab?

Sorry,  Didn't mean to duplicate my post.  I thought the first one didn't save so I created a new one.  If an administrator could delete this post that would be great.
