Extract the model's part number in a drawing

Hi, I would like to extract the models part number's iProperty to update the drawings part number's iProperty. I have looked and look but cant find anything.

Here is a post that does it using via the API property sets and ilogic snippets. Also the manual method is talked about in the first post. All methods take the iproperties from the first view placed and the model connected to this view.
