Draw drawing dimensions using ilogic (dimension starting point)

I've even succeeded in giving the drawing dimensions.
However, it was found that the starting point of the dimension line displayed on the drawing was different.
See picture below.

I want the starting point of the vertical dimension to start from the shape.

How do I make the starting point of the extending dimension start from the shape?

If you made this with ilogic, but the dimension is different from the rest, My guess is that the dimension style differs.

I applied the same dimension style...
Could there be other reasons?
