That depends on what you want to change. But probably the answer is "Nope it can't be done". customisation of the progress bar is very limited. (some text can be changed and you can add a Cancel button). If you need changes I would suggest you create your own form. This can be done in a dll or if you really only want to use iLogic then the following article shows you how to create one by iLogic code.
