Custom Frame generator parts

I have been searching for a soulution to creating a custom frame part.  I am needing to generate a frame utilizing chromoly tubing.  The technical name is CDS 4130 6736 1 X .058 WA.  I have created my own read/write content center and copied all the structural shapes read only library to mine for editing.  What would be my next step?
