Custom Content Center Update tool is updating standard parts instead of custom

Updating custom library from 2019 to 2020.

This is taking forever. 2787 parts are being updated when I only have 200 custom parts.

Could this be because some custom parts were placed in a folder containing standard parts

and now thousands need to be updated?

Fromthe screenshot, I suspect content center library is based on Inventor 2019 and Now you are upgraded to Inventor 2020.  
In this scenario, it will update standard  parts and customized parts. 

If you could provide upgrade log, it will help us trouble shooting.
