Content Center - Factor of shear displacement????

Does anyone know what Factor of Shear Displacement is?  I have found this in the Content Library while trying to set up our own standards on our commonly used stock materials, (ie C1018, C1045, 4140, 4340 etc) so they will print out correctly in our BOM.  It's one of hte fields in the roundbars section of the content center.  I just want to make sure that I am not getting this wrong so all of the FEA analysis in the future won't be wrong.

Any help would be appreciated!

Not 100 percent sure if it is the right thing without opening inventor and having a look (currently reinstalling on my new computer) but I think it would be referring to the shear modulus (G) of the material.  Its units in this case would be MPa or PSI.  Try googling Hookes law or modulus of rigidity.
