Check if model is completely updated before running a rule

Good Day,

Does anyone know to check if a model is completely updated with ilogic?

I need to run another rule but specifically when the model is completely updated.

The PartDocument and the AssemblyDocument both have a property called RequiresUpdate that you could use to check with.
