Hello, I know that we can change the path to global ilogic through External rule directories, but is there anyway of changing the path to the Global forms (from DD/ilogic\UI)?

I have many different projects that uses their own global ilogic and forms and need to segregate them from each other.

Inventor 2021.

Regards,

Warren.

Hi @warrentdo.  I do not recall seeing any specific setting just for that specification anywhere within the Inventor application.  However, it appears as though the "iLogicBrowserUiFormSpecification.xml" file, which stores the specifications for all of your global iLogic forms, is stored under the "DesignData\iLogic\UI\" folder.  The location of that DesignData folder can be set/changed in the Application Options > File tab, but it is also specified within the Project File settings, under Folder Options.  That file records how your global forms tab is laid out.  Then of course there are all the individual XML files for each global form under that directory too.  Changing that DesignData directory is the only way I know of to change where it will be found.

Hello, ideally I would like to keep the Design data folder where it is, but have different location for the ilogic forms.
Its strange that you can change the path to the ilogic scripts but not the forms?
