Can Bootrec.exe damage licence?

By cloning my data drive (not C: ) with Acronis True Image Home, somehow Acronis Loader nested into my boot record. Normally this shouldn't have happened, because C: was not involved.

Now I'm getting this message:

Starting Acronis Loader...

Acronis Loader fatal error: Boot drive (partition) not found.

Press <Enter> to try to boot your OS...

Luckily I can start Windows 7 (64 bit) ok after that, but I'd like to get rid of the stop again. A recommended procedure is this way:

During this workflow, Bootrec.exe shall be used.

I wonder, if there will be any influence on my licence files for Product Design Suites.

I did it. I got it. I'm happy again ..

Licence is still alive.

I only had to type 2 options of Bootrec.exe after Windows 7 CD start with Repair environment options: 

- Bootrec.exe /FixMbr

- Bootrec.exe /FixBoot

The final Bootrec.exe /RebuildBCD was not needed.
