Apprentice, Export BOM Mass defaults to kg

Using Apprentice to export Inventor structured BOM.  Apprentice does not seem to allow use of "ImportBOMCustomization" which is fine but I just want to confirm that when you include Mass it defaults to kg?  When this field is exported from Apprentice it doesn't come with any units in the field.  And, it isn't the same units as what is in the assembly inside Inventor.

The internal units used by Inventor for the various types of units are listed below. So, all mass values will be in "Kg" by default. For more details, go through below help documentation link.

You say export BOM using Apprentice. How did you do that? Trying this using BOMView.Export, getting only a Not Implemented Exception. Can you post relevant Codesnippet please or explain your method?
