Accessing File Status iProperties

How can I access to iProperties in group "File Status" in tab "Status" by API? 

Is it possible to read and to write "Checked out By", "Checked out", "Checkout Workgroup" and "Checkout Workspace" ?

We have old files, where these iProperties are filled. They have to be empty now.

Thank you for your answer bhavik4244,

But I have to clean the file status iProperties without Vault on Inventor's side.

We have old files with filled file status iProperties. They are not yet in Vault. They were filled because of using central project in past without using Vault.

We want to clean the file status iProperties at first. After that we have to make a initial Check in to Vault.
