When a midsurface is created from a solid, the thickness of the shell elements is set. In In-CAD 2018.0, if the solid is made thicker, the thickness of the shell elements does not change. The user needs to update the shell element thickness manually. I would like In-CAD to update the thickness automatically (or at least provide a warning that the thickness may have changed).
For example, the thickness of the solid ...

... is used for the thickness of the shell elements.

If the solid is updated (thickness of the extrusion, and hole made through it)....

... the features update, but the thickness of the shell elements do not update. So the geometry is associative (parametric) with the solid, but the thickness of the shell elements are not associative.
