In Mechanical we have a very nice feature to apply a pressure in the interior of a model.
It should be very nice to have the same kind of interior selection to apply such a pressure, especially when the interior is made of a lot of surfaces (many times very small)
@benalain13, Inventor has the ability to "Select Tangencies" if you right click the face. Is this what you are looking for? Once it is highlighted you should be able to click the load icon to create an internal pressure load.
