Wear with rubiing Simulation

hello everybody ,
i wanna perform wear simulation between two body surface with rubbing  ,on nastran.  so can anyone can give me the stepes to perform this analysis. thx

Hello @Anonymous,

by "wear" do you mean material coming off  with the contact? If so, element deletion and separation requires explicit analysis which is currently not support in Nastran In-CAD. 

For contact where no such behaviors occurs and if you are looking at sliding with no separation, there is "sliding/no separation" contact.  If you are looking at sliding and separation, there is "separation" contact.
