shell material oriantation

Hi.   I have a rather simple question. I am using nastran in-cad 2019.   How can I preview the orientation of my elements to make sure the material parameters are defined properly?   Best regards   Geir

Hello @Anonymous,

you can define the material orientation by RMC (right mouse clicking) on the top node of the analysis tree>New>Material orientation. You may find more information on the topic in the help documentation here.

Now if I would like to change the orientation of the elements, is there a way to do that?

Right mouse button on the Analysis node > New > Material Orientation
