Material thickness is missing

Hello.

I have performed a stress analysis of a simple structure.

By some reason, the thickness of the structure isn't present after I use the half-section view.

The same issue is with Nastran also. Why the material thickness is missing?

Hi @Sergey_Dukman

The first image is from Inventor Stress Analysis (ISA). I do not have enough experience with ISA to answer why the interior elements are not shown.

The second image appears to be from Inventor Nastran and is sectioned using the Inventor command "View > Visibility > Half Section View". Nastran is not programmed to use that command, so it will not show the internal elements. In Nastran, you need to use the "Section View" command on the plot dialog. "Results > Options > Section View".
