Dear all:
I'm modelling a non-linear transient response. The aim is to simulate an impact, and the analysis includes a force with a given duration (scale factor vs time). Is it possible to extract/write kinetic and strain energy of my model for a given time step?
Many thanks,
Erik

Hi @Anonymous
The kinetic energy is not an output.
See these items for the strain energy:

Hello john.holtz
Many thanks for you reply.
I will have a look at the posts, and maybe kinetic energy will become an output one day?
Regards Erik
