2022 Forming Assembly Tutorial Failing

Hello.

I am going through the 2022 tutorials, and cannot get the NL Forming Assembly to solve. Several others on different machines have tried it and it fails for each of them, as well. The sim gets about half way through and stops.

Has anyone had success in getting it to run?

Hello @b.mccarthy ,

It runs fine in 2022. You might have missed the Penetration Type in de Top Contacts. That one is set to Unsymmetric Contact. By default this setting is Symmetric Contact.

Otherwise, compare your setup with mine (see attachment).

Thank you. Yours runs fine. On mine, I tried with both Symmetric and Unsymmetric Penetration Types and the sim still failed. There is something else happening that I have not worked out. Thank you for your help.
