Combining 2 ready ipt files into one iam file.

I want to combine 2 ready ipt files into one iam file. I need to do this using Inventor Api. I think I can combine these 2 ipt files according to the coordinate information. How can I do that ? Is it possible ?

Yes, I want to do these using invenor api and c#. I want to have 2 different ipt files mounted correctly in an iam project. I think I can do this with coordinate information. Is there any method about it? --Note: I don't know much about drawing in Inventor. I am a software developer.
