Web-address Hyperlink Tool for Drawings?

Wouldn't it be nice if we had a tool called Web Hyperlink or so, like"Text" and "Leader Text"

which stays alive even if we save the drawing as PDF? So you could place it next to a view of a part or

whereever you like it? The person who's deailng with quotations, could jump to the referred webpage/pdf datasheet by a single click...

Saving them time, unnecessary correspondence etc.?
