When I place a Vault Revision Table in an Inventor drawing, it automatically snaps to the edge of the title block and is therefore aligned perfectly. The same works when I snap the Vault Revision Table to the drawing border during placement.
The problem occurs when I change the sheet size / sheet format afterwards (for example from DIN A2 to DIN A3): the title block correctly moves to its new position, but the placed Vault Revision Table stays at its previous location. It is not moved along with the title block (or the border), so its alignment is lost and it has to be repositioned manually every time.
What I would like:
When the sheet format is changed, a Vault Revision Table that was snapped to the title block should keep its relative position and automatically move with the title block, staying directly above (or at its defined offset from) the title block. The same behavior should apply when the Vault Revision Table is snapped to the drawing border: it should be repositioned correctly and keep its relative placement when the sheet format changes.
In short: the anchoring / snapping relationship that exists at placement time should be preserved when the sheet size is changed, so the Vault Revision Table follows the title block or border automatically — without a manual reposition or an iLogic workaround.
Benefit:
This removes a recurring manual correction step, keeps drawings consistently formatted, and avoids misplaced revision tables when sheet formats are switched.
