When using MBD to control GD&T the Geometric Annotation > Tolerance Feature places the, cylindrical, runout, and other shaft features radially from the cylinder. When placing on a drawing and using Retrieving Model Annotations the callouts only appear when looking end on, this isn't industry standard for shaft drawings. There needs to be a way to rotate the annotation plane so they can be displayed in other views.
