Text Border Functionality API Support

Some of the forum are asking @robertast  to add the possibility of adding a Text-border functionality to the API of Inventor.

after registering it as INVGEN-44833, you can enter this number and find out its status.

Let's wait for this miracle to happen.

This idea has been implemented within Autodesk Inventor 2023. Special thanks to everyone who cast a vote for it.  Ironically we addressed the request based upon a feedback request made within our public discussion forum, and this idea was missed. It has now been corrected.
