Stress Analysis Report Formatting - Header & Footer

It would be cool to define Word Document Header and Footer formatting for the generated reports.

This might be tricky because you'd want to be able to use document property info.

I'm also annoyed at how the pictures automatically get a non-zero Layout position indentation--absolute relative to column.
