background fill for labels

add feature for background fill for labels. You can do it with regular text, and there is a work around to add a note with a couple of  enters and apply the background fill to the text box, then slide it under the view label, but it would be better if the feature was added to view label text box itself.

Do you want to have it in dimension & label when format text? We understand that it does support in text/leader text.
