Split model browser

I want to split the model browser into two sections so that the first section contains the following folders:
- Representations
- Relationships
- Annotations
- Origin
The reason is that with the introduction of Model States and model annotations, I frequently have to scroll up and down the browser, and—more importantly—I lose track of what is selected in the Model State.
I would like to split it as shown in the attached image.

This is a great idea to improve workflow for bigger assemblies.
Maybe it would also be great to customize which items should be displayed in each part.
