Sheet metal Flange command automatically trim inner corner

Hi

I would like Auto trim (Crop) when Flange command in inner corner my models

exam:

When use  flange Command in  internal edge Two bend intersection, occurs error "Two plates are interfering" 🙂

Because Two plate is overlap but we wish if we could use corner edit as outer edge when use flange command It would be suitable for production

when flat pattern this model occurs error and plates is interfering

We have inventor 2016. We edit this corner manually by corner chamfer

and it can be flat pattern

I wish this process automatically

This needs to be re-opened in my opinion. Inventor is unable to create what I need using its tools. The current solution is cumbersome and imprecise.

After chamfering the corners, I need to play around with the flange offsets to make symmetrical, then edit the flat pattern to get what I actually need. (bottom left is what Inventor creates - bottom right is what is needed)

I am not using the latest version, so if this has already been addressed I haven't seen it.

Running into this issue too, can't believe that this feature isn't present, I blamed myself for being stupid as I couldn't find that option.

I am stunned this isn't a feature yet. Autodesk, please open this issue back up and add it. It's pretty cumbersome currently and it's embarrassing this isn't a feature in Inventor yet.

Wow, i an working for a new sheet metal company and we do a lot off mitred internal flanges. I can not believe this feature is not present within Inventor Spent a good hour messing around before googling, on to fine it can not be done automatically, come on Autodesk get this sorted.
