So, we use the Finish function to communicate with suppliers what faces on a part are to be masked before painting and the process works relatively well. However, it could be improved significantly by adding a Select Tangencies option during the face selection process; this is available outside of the Finish function on the RMB click menu so it should be relatively easy to add in.
