Save as and leave current document open

Forgive me if this already exists

 

Can there be another "save as" type added or an optional check box that leaves the current document open? I can do Save Copy as but it doesn't open it. I think it is dumb to save a copy as and then have to search for it via Inventor or windows explorer when it can simply open it up right then and there.

 

Am I missing something here?
