Print / Export / Save as Grayscale

Status:

We should be able to print drawing (and therefore print preview) in grayscale.

["Black and White" should then be changed to "Monochromatic" for clarity].

Reason is to make sure a user could differentiate between colors converted to grayscale if they printed that way.
