Enable right click open of base component without the need to unsuppress the link.
The option only exists when the link is active. This would avoid the need to navigate to the file through the open file menu.
For example it's useful to open the base file to inspect how a model is constrained and determine if an error needs to be corrected in the derived part without unsuppressing the link and recomputing the derived component.
