Remove the tapped hole diameter restriction

In the modeling tab (document settings), the user can choose the model feature size of tapped holes. But anything else than the default setting would not work properly (especially in the drawing environment). Unfortunately, the default setting forces collisions between parts (for example between screws and nuts).

So please remove this annoying hole dieameter restrictions.

@thom-g What version of Inventor do you have? In newer versions there should be a setting to ignore interference between threaded holes/mating parts.. You want to put a valid/correct diameter into Inventor models and I would not suggest fudging that just to avoid interference warnings (that can be taken care of easily)..

@mcgyvr: Thanks for your input! I know this option, which is quite new (2017 R3). Unfortunately, this option only ignores the collisions between the threads. The collision itself is still existing.
