Quantify Dependent Features & Hole Features Together

Not sure if this is the place to post this, but I recently ran into a situation where a client applied chamfers to hole features and then the hole notes wouldn't quantify things correctly. I would like to be able to select any portion of the geometry to get the hole quantity. Please see the video link below and let me know if you have any comments or questions.
