Placing Holes with a Bolt Circle Option

Placing Holes with a Bolt Circle Option

It would be nice to be able to place holes on bolt circle from the hole command.

I know that you can create a sketch plane, place points, dimension points, close sketch, and then place holes on the points, but it is very time consuming.  I work with a lot of round parts that have tapped holes, drilled holes, etc. on the face of the part.  Why can't option to place holes on a bolt circle be added?  Pick the center of bolt circle, type the diameter of the bolt circle, number of holes, angle between holes, angle of first hole to start, like Circular Pattern (Array).

I'd want the bolt circle to be treated as a seed for assembly-level feature driven patterns.  That way I can place a single fastener in one of the holes, and use the assembly pattern tool to populate all the other holes.

The current hole feature does not treat multiple holes in the same feature as a seed for assembly-level feature driven patterns, so this would be an additional behavior change.
